Types

Holotype:

• Male, Lerderderg River near picnic ground [37°34’S, 144°24'E, Victoria], 16. vii. 1996, riparian gravel bank at waters edge, V.W. Framenau (Museum Victoria, MV K7587).

Paratype

• Female, data as holotype (Museum Victoria, MV K7588).

Distribution

South-eastern Australia [map as illustrated in Framenau (2002)].

Biological Reference

Riparian gravel banks of alpine rivers and streams, at the water's edge (Framenau, 2002; Artoria sp. A in Framenau et al. 2002).
