Types

Holotype:

• Immature female, 'New Holland' (New Holland, no exact locality). Koch (1877a) described it from the 'Kgl. Naturalien Sammlung zu Stuttgart' (Museum Stuttgart, Germany)(Whereabouts of holotype not known).

Distribution

Rainbow (1911) and McKay (1985b) state 'Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria'. McKay (1973) lists New South Wales and Victoria only.
