Syntypes:

Koch (1877a) provides two localities, Rockhampton [23°22'S, 150°30'E, Queensland] and Sydney [33°53’S, 151°13’E, New South Wales].

• 1 female, Sydney [33°53’S, 151°13’E, New South Wales] (British Museum for Natural History, London, 1919.9.18.951) (McKay, 1985b) (pers. observation).
• 1 immature female, Sydney [33°53’S, 151°13’E, New South Wales] (Zoologisches Institut und Zoologisches Museum, Universität Hamburg Rack (1961)-catalogue 479, Museum Godeffroy Nr. 14570) (pers. observation).
• 1 female, Rockhampton [23°22'S, 150°30'E, Queensland] (Zoologisches Institut und Zoologisches Museum, Universität Hamburg Rack (1961)-catalogue 479, Museum Godeffroy Nr. 14570). The locality of this specimen is not readable on the original label, but it is most likely from Rockhampton as both other syntypes are from Sydney (pers. observation).

Distribution

Only known from type localities, Rockhampton (Queensland) and Sydney (New South Wales).
