Dingosa humphreysi (McKay, 1985)


Male and female of Dingosa humphreysi [as illustrated in McKay (1985a)]. Cephalothorax females 5.0-6.7 mm, males 4.3-6.2 mm.

Distribution

Western Australia, South Australia and into western Victoria (Framenau & Baehr, 2007).

Biological References

Goldfields area of Western Australia on or near the base of sand dunes, dune shrubland, mallee and Triodia grassland, and heath at Lake Cronin; burrow with 'litter turrets' (McKay, 1985a). Adult spiders between February and July, peaking in March and April (Framenau & Baehr, 2007).
