Syntypes

2 females, Gilbert River, Riverton [34°10’S, 138°45’E, South Australia], A. Molineux (South Australian Museum, SAM NN024-5) (pers. observation). Original type locality ‘Gilbert River, Riverina’ amended in Hirst (1988).
Female, Goolwa [35°30’S, 138°47’E, South Australia], A. Zeitz (South Australian Museum, SAM NN458) (pers. observation). This specimen matches the description of the syntype with the locality listed as ‘Kangaroo Island’ in Hogg (1905), and this locality may be erroneous (pers. communication, D. Hirst).

Distribution

McKay, 1985b lists 'Murray-Darling basin, S Gulfs, N.S.W., S.A.; Riverina, Kangaroo Isl.', however, the N.S.W. localities appear to be erroneous (Hirst, 1988).
