Syntypes:

• 2 females, Macedon [37°25’S, 144°34’E, Victoria] (British Museum of Natural History, London: BMNH1907.2.24.7-9) (Only two females in the collection, although three specimens are catalogued, pers. observation).

Identification

Female habitus and epigyne of syntype Venator marginatus. Cephalothorax length 7.9 mm.

Distribution

Known from type locality only, Macedon (Victoria).
