Lycosa pictiventris L. Koch.- Koch (1877a): 906-908 (1 female and 1 juvenile syntype from Rockhampton, misidentification) (Framenau and Vink, 2001)

Biology

In or near forests, close to open areas (‘on lawn’, ‘in open forest’, and ‘rainforest’); reproductive activity mainly in spring and summer (Framenau and Vink, 2001).
